Using Technology to Enhance Services

At BizXcel, we think that you can teach old dogs new tricks. We are always venturing into new territories in order to serve you better. One of these areas is the training and coaching services we offer.

Traditionally, this is a very personal service that has lended itself well to face-to-face interaction. While this is usually the best way to coach or train, with companies becoming more globally dispersed and travel costs increasing, it is making it more difficult for them to access the training and coaching they need.

This is one of the reasons we introduced our e-learning courses (you can find out more about them by going here. We've now gone one step further and begun offering teleseminars and webinars which allow you to access live training events and coaching with us.

One of the topics we've added these to is our Gen Y in the Workplace. We run a free introduction teleseminar (you can sign up here) and our now offering an in depth webinar series on issues surrounding this topic, such as hiring and retaining, motivating, succession planning and Gen Y culture and values. All of these can be accessed individually or as a group, saving you travel time and money.

These teleseminar and webinars are not only convenient and easy to access, but highly informative and interactive. We are always looking to see how we can best marry our traditional services with technology in order to meet your growing needs.
