The One Thing You MUST do to Improve Your Business
By Jen Poth

Are your employees divided due to different personalities? Are they having a difficult time communicating with one another? Are misunderstandings occurring? Would you like to learn how to yield higher productivity from your employees? A Personality Dimensions™ workshop may be for you.

This interactive tool bridges the gap of miscommunication between people by helping them understand how they differ. These differences can appear in what we value, the ways we think and behave and the way we prefer to communicate.

Personality Dimensions™ can be used for identifying leadership and management styles, human resource effectiveness, sales and marketing strategies and career planning. Understanding the people around us helps us to become more effective with each other in communication, co-operation and productivity and simply in becoming more tolerant of coworkers.

This workshop sorts the different personalities into four categories: Authentic Blue, Resourceful Orange, Organized Gold, and Inquiring Green. Each individual has his or her own unique colour spectrum, which is determined through an assessment.

It is used in many different situations including in corporations, community organizations and in the educational system. With the assistance of a Personality Dimensions™ certified instructor, participants identify and better understand their individual motivations, strengths and potential areas for growth.

This allows organizations to decide how to best utilize the strengths of each member of the team and put them into roles where they will excel, thus creating the most efficient and productive team design possible.
